What integrations ships with

  • Webhook management + history

    Configure outbound webhooks, view delivery history, retry failed deliveries — all audit-logged.

  • API logs

    Per-tenant log of API calls in and out: status, latency, payload size. Useful when integration partners ask for evidence.

  • BMS adapter (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT)

    Configure once; readings flow into the digital twin and energy ledger. Live execution lands in v1.1 — current build captures intent and logs.

  • Access Control adapter

    Lenel, HID, Genetec, Salto — adapter pattern with credential issuance from the visitor and contractor portals. Live grant/revoke is a v1.1 stub today.

  • ERP, IoT, ANPR, Signage adapters

    Adapter shims shipped for SAP/Oracle/NetSuite (ERP GL), Density / Cisco DNA / VergeSense (IoT), Genetec / Hikvision / Axis (ANPR), BrightSign / RiseVision / Screenly (signage). Live calls land in v1.1.

  • Real-payments + LLM rails

    GST IRP for invoicing, Razorpay / UPI for payments, Anthropic Claude for AI features, WhatsApp Business + MSG91 for messaging — all real, env-gated, with mock-adapter fallback.

An honest note on intelligence

Six integrations (BMS execute, ERP GL, ACS grant/revoke, signage push, ANPR matching, IoT readings) currently capture credentials and intent but do not yet make the live downstream call. We label these honestly as STUB on the integrations hub; live execution is on the v1.1 roadmap. Razorpay / UPI processing requires customer-side configuration and is sandbox-by-default. Aadhaar live verification, real BIM-file parsing, real PowerBI sync, and Siri/Alexa/Google Assistant entry points are NOT shipped.
