The IWMS market is dominated by products built decades ago. They are excellent at what they were designed for. They also struggle when modern enterprises ask for paisa-precision finance, region-specific compliance, audit trails on every action, and an honest answer about what’s built today versus on the roadmap.

We started Spaciora because that gap was personal. We’d watched a CFO chase ₹4 of unreconciled IFRS-16 closing balance for a quarter. We’d seen a facility head assemble an NBC 2016 fire NOC pack manually for two weeks. We’d watched a global IWMS quietly reject a perfectly valid Aadhaar-via-DigiLocker visitor flow because the consent string didn’t match GDPR.

These are not customisation issues. They are foundation issues. So we built the foundation: paisa-precision Decimal everywhere; GST 18% with IRP IRN and QR baked in; DPDPA visitor flows as default; GFR-12 / CPWD register native; FSSAI and NBC calendars pre-loaded.

We property-tested 90,000 random scenarios across IFRS 16, GST, depreciation, currency, and booking validation, and caught and fixed two bugs that would have cost customers real money before they ever saw them. We then ran the full platform through 50+ end-to-end scenarios and 195+ regression bugs caught in QA.

Spaciora today is what a region-aware, modern IWMS looks like when the team building it lives the operational reality every day. We are early. We are honest about what is in v1.0 and what is on the v1.1 roadmap.
